Reservations
A reservation is confirmed upon receipt of the 50% advance payment through iDeal or bank transfer. Please remember to record the order number. The remaining 50% will need to be paid 6 weeks before arrival. You’ll get an automated email with an ideal link or bank transfer.
For apartments and bell tents: A minimum stay of 7 days is required from June 26 to August 27.
Check-in available between 3:00 PM and 8:00 PM. Check out before 10:00 AM.
Between 13:00 and 15:00 we are unavailable. If you arrive in this timeframe please relax at the pool or at the lounge sets.
Smoking
We discourage smoking Smoking is permitted only in designated areas. It is not permitted in the apartments and glamping tents. And not at the pool area.
Pets
Pets are not allowed in the apartments and glamping tents and pool area. If you want to come with a pet during high season (July and August) please let us know when making the reservation.
Cancellations
No refunds will be provided for cancellations.
Guests are responsible for obtaining cancellation insurance to cover risks of illness, accidents, or other unforeseen events.
