Our agriturismo villa vicini

1 Reservations and bookings

Reservation is confirmed once the deposit has been received via iDeal or bank transfer. The deposit is 50% of total price.

Apartments and glamping tents: In the period from June 26 to August 30, a minimum stay of 7 days applies.

Prices include final cleaning and linen (does not apply to camping pitches).

2 Operating Hours:

  • Check-in: 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM
  • Check-out: Before 10:00 AM
  • Please note that we are closed between 12:00 PM and 3:00 PM.


3 Payments

Payment is done by iDeal or bank transfer.  When transferring money by bank, don’t forget to write down the order number. The remaining 50% is paid 45 days before check in. An automated email with a payment request for the remaining 50% will be sent.

4 Cancellations and refunds

In the event of a Code Orange or Red alert related to COVID-19 occurring two weeks prior to your scheduled arrival date, rendering travel to and within Italy (Le Marche) impossible, a full refund will be issued to your account.

Please note that refunds will not be granted for any other scenarios or circumstances.

5 Guest Responsibilities:

Smoking only in designated areas. Not in or around the house or the pool. And not in the glamping tents.

Smoking is strictly prohibited within all indoor areas of our agriturismo, including guest rooms, common areas, and dining facilities, pool. Smoking is also prohibited in any outdoor areas where it may pose a fire hazard or inconvenience to other guests. Smoking is only allowed in designated areas.
Cancellation insurance against risks of illness, accident or other circumstances must be taken out by the guest(s) themselves.

6 Own Consumption Policy:

  1. Food and Beverages:
    Guests are kindly requested not to bring their own food and beverages for consumption in the common dining areas or any other designated food service areas on the premises. Our agriturismo offers a variety of locally sourced and freshly prepared meals and beverages for your enjoyment during your stay. This policy is in place to maintain the quality and ambiance of our dining experiences.
  2. Wine and Alcohol:
    Our agriturismo takes pride in offering a curated selection of our own wines and beverages. Outside alcoholic beverages, including wine and spirits, are not allowed to be consumed in the dining areas or common spaces. Please enjoy our handpicked wine collection responsibly and in designated areas.
  3. Exceptions:
    We understand that some guests may have dietary restrictions or special requirements. If you have specific dietary needs or preferences, please contact our staff in advance, and we will do our best to accommodate your requests.
  4. Consequences of Violation:
    Guests found in violation of this own consumption policy may be subject to additional charges or asked to leave the premises without a refund. We appreciate your cooperation in adhering to these guidelines to ensure a pleasant experience for all guests.

7 No Smoking Policy:

  1. General Policy:
    Smoking is strictly prohibited within all indoor areas of our agriturismo, including guest rooms, common areas, swimming pool and dining facilities. Smoking is also prohibited in any outdoor areas where it may pose a fire hazard or inconvenience to other guests.
  2. Designated Smoking Areas:
    Designated smoking areas are available on the premises. Guests who wish to smoke are required to use these designated areas. Please dispose of cigarette butts and related waste responsibly in the provided receptacles.
  3. Consequences of Violation:
    Guests found in violation of the no smoking policy may be subject to a cleaning fee to restore the affected area to a smoke-free condition. Repeat violations may result in eviction from the agriturismo without a refund.
  4. Fire Safety:
    Smoking poses a significant fire risk, and we take the safety of our guests seriously. Any evidence of smoking in prohibited areas will be treated as a breach of our fire safety policy, which may result in immediate eviction and reporting to local authorities.
  5. Guest Responsibility:
    It is the responsibility of each guest to adhere to this no smoking policy and to respect the health and comfort of fellow guests. We appreciate your cooperation in maintaining a smoke-free environment.

8 Pet Policy:

    Pets are allowed at our agriturismo, but only during the designated low season periods. We understand that pets are important members of your family, and we welcome them during this time.
  2. Low Season Dates:
    The specific low season dates during which pets are allowed will be clearly indicated on our website and in our booking system. It is the guest’s responsibility to confirm these dates before making a reservation. In general high season is in July and August.
  3. Advance Notice:
    Guests planning to bring pets must notify us at the time of booking and provide details about their pets. This allows us to ensure that accommodations are available and suitable for both guests and their pets.
  4. Pet Fees:
    A non-refundable pet fee may be applied during the low season to cover additional cleaning and maintenance costs associated with accommodating pets. The fee amount will be clearly stated on our website and during the booking process.
  5. Pet Responsibility:
    • Guests are responsible for the behavior and well-being of their pets during their stay.
    • Pets must be kept on a leash and under control at  our Agriturismo
    • Guests are required to clean up after their pets promptly.
  6. Pet Restrictions:
    • Certain accommodations may have restrictions regarding the size or type of pets allowed. Please inquire about specific restrictions when booking.
    • Pets are not allowed in dining areas, swimming pools, or other restricted areas.
  7. Consequences of Violation:
    Failure to adhere to our pet policy may result in additional charges, eviction from the agriturismo without a refund, or liability for damages caused by the pet.
  8. Pet Allergies:
    Please be aware that some of our guests may have allergies to pets. We kindly ask that you respect their comfort and well-being by ensuring your pets do not enter non-pet-friendly areas.

9 Liability and Damages:

    Guests are required to report any damages, breakages, or accidents promptly to our staff. Failure to report such incidents may result in additional charges.
  3. Guest Responsibility:
    • Guests are responsible for the care and cleanliness of their accommodations and any common areas they use.
    • Guests are financially responsible for any damage to the agriturismo’s property, furnishings, or amenities caused by themselves or their guests.
    • Damages discovered after check-out will be assessed, and the guest will be notified of any charges.
  4. Use of Amenities:
    • Guests are expected to use all amenities and facilities (e.g., swimming pool, fitness center) with care and follow any posted guidelines.
    • Parents or guardians are responsible for supervising their children’s use of amenities.
  5. Lost or Stolen Items:
    We are not responsible for lost or stolen personal belongings. Guests are encouraged to use in-room safes for valuable items and exercise caution with personal property.

    • Our agriturismo is not liable for accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur while on our premises.
    • We recommend that guests obtain appropriate travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances.

    • Use of fire extinguishers and safety equipment is only for emergencies.
